Greetings from Pamela Neel Interiors!

We are excited to share our first Be Inspired blog post. Our goal is to inspire you, share helpful tips, and keep you up-to-date with industry trends as well as what’s happening here at PNI.

There is no shortage of inspiration out there, websites like Pinterest and Houzz, decorating sites and blogs, magazines, etc. are full of beautiful and inspiring ideas. But inspiration can literally come from anywhere; art, fashion, architecture, nature, travel, food, people. If it’s around us, it can inspire us.

At PNI, we find inspiration everywhere. If we see something that speaks to us, we usually snap a picture of it with our cell phones. Here’s a picture of one of our fabric trade showrooms, where we find a lot of our inspiration when developing a color palette.

In our approach to design, inspiration is about letting our clients’ personalities shine through. People often ask about our “signature style” – and we love being able to say that we don’t really have one. For us, it’s about our clients, their inspiration and their lifestyle. A lot of clients aren’t sure what their style is, and they may not think they have any inspiration for their space, and that’s where our expertise helps them figure it out.

Maybe your family loves to travel, and you bring back something special from each place you go. Perhaps the inspiration for your project lies within your travel adventures. Or maybe your family loves the beach, the colors, the sounds, the texture of the sand between your toes. You may love bright, vibrant colors, and feel inspired when you’re surrounded by color. These are all examples of things that may serve as a jumping-off point in design.

Keep an eye out for inspiration, it’s everywhere.

We invite you to like our Facebook Page and follow us on Houzz for more inspiration.
